All orders are processed within two business days.
On some occasions, shipments and deliveries occur on weekends and holidays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to PO Boxes, however delays are possible due to local policies.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Upon placing an order, you will recieve an confirmation of your order. You will recieve another notification from us once your order has shipped. This notification will include delivery tracking details.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Brooks Depot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Brooks Depot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We are able to ship to most countries Worldwide, However we have made a conscious decision to not ship to certain locations where either shipping lines are unreliable, or credit card fraud is significant.
